RESIDENTIAL INSPECTION

Involves a thorough evaluation of a property's structural components, systems, and overall condition, aiming to identify any potential issues or safety concerns.

LIGHT COMMERCIAL

Light commercial inspections are typically conducted on properties that are less than 10,000 square feet and have no more than two stories.

11-MONTH WARRANTY

Focuses on defects that could be covered by the builder's warranty, providing homeowners with an opportunity to address issues before the warranty expires.

SEWER SCOPE

Inspects the condition of the sewer lines, using sewer scope, identifying blockages, leaks, cracks, and structural damage.

WDI INSPECTION

Identifies signs of existing or potential pest infestations, providing recommendations for preventive measures.

PRE-DRYWALL

Involves evaluating the structural and mechanical components of a home before the drywall is installed.

WATER QUALITY TESTING

An evaluation of the safety and purity of your water supply, using an accredited lab for analysis

MOLD TESTING

A process aimed at evaluating indoor air quality and identifying the presence of mold spores.

RADON TESTING

Employs Continuous Radon Measurement equipment to measure radon levels.

FEE SCHEDULE

Standard home inspection starts at $400 for 1,000 square feet and below.

Termite , mold, thermal imaging inspection and reinspection are all included.
